着重研究了多孔介质BISQ模型中慢纵波的基本特性.给出了BISQ模型下慢纵波速度 和衰减的低频近似公式.与Biot理论对比,BISQ模型中慢纵波的衰减随频率降低急剧增大, 且随喷射流长度的减小而增加;相速度随喷射流长度的减小而增加,其低频极限值不是零; 孔隙流体位移与固相骨架位移之比的幅值随喷射流长度的增加而减小,其相位特点与Biot模 型预测的不同;在流体与孔隙介质的边界上可产生更大的渗流.为对比,同时也给出快纵波 的行为.依据BISQ模型可推断:非黏滞流体饱和孔隙介质中不存在喷射流机理;BISQ模型中 关键词: 多孔介质 喷射流 慢纵波 动力协调  相似文献

The rotating flow in the presence of a magnetic field is a problem belonging to hydromagnetics and deserves to be more widely studied than it has been to date. In the non‐linear regime the literature is scarce. We develop the governing equations for the unsteady hydromagnetic rotating flow of a fourth‐order fluid past a porous plate. The steady flow is governed by a boundary value problem in which the order of differential equations is more than the number of available boundary conditions. It is shown that by augmenting the boundary conditions based on asymptotic structures at infinity it is possible to obtain numerical solutions of the nonlinear hydromagnetic equations. Effects of uniform suction or blowing past the porous plate, exerted magnetic field and rotation on the flow phenomena, especially on the boundary layer structure near the plate, are numerically analysed and discussed. The flow behaviours of the Newtonian fluid and second‐, third‐ and fourth‐order non‐Newtonian fluids are compared for the special flow problem, respectively. For the Boussinesq approximation of the equations of coupled heat and fluid flow in a porous medium we show that the corresponding system of partial differential equations possesses a global attractor. We give lower and upper bounds of the Hausdorff dimension of the attractor depending on a physical parameter of the system, namely the Rayleigh number of the flow. Numerical experiments confirm the theoretical findings and raise new questions on the structure of the solutions of the system. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Energy bounds are derived for Dirichlet type boundary value problems for the Navier–Stokes and Stokes equations when a combination of the solution values initially and at a later time is prescribed. The bounds are obtained by means of a differential inequality and imply uniqueness and continuous data dependence of the solutions for a range of values of the parameter in the non‐standard auxiliary condition. The electromagnetic (EM) energy flow near single spheres is investigated by applying Mie theory. From the patterns of the energy flow, the absorption and the scattering of light can be understood in the microscopic point of view. In the absorption profiles of metallic particles, most absorbed energy is consumed on the surface of the particles, which indicates that the resonance of surface plasmon is different from that of the bulk plasmon. Two mechanisms to enhanced local EM field are also distinguished. One is the surface plasmon resonance, and another one is the intensified energy flow.  相似文献

A free-piston driver that employs entropy-raising shock processes with diaphragm rupture has been constructed, which promises significant theoretical advantages over isentropic compression. Results from a range of conditions with helium and argon driver gases are reported. Significant performance gains were achieved in some test cases. Heat losses are shown to have a strong effect on driver processes. Measurements compare well with predictions from a quasi-one-dimensional numerical code. This paper describes an experimental investigation of the feasibility of using “slow” active control approaches, which “instantaneously” change liquid fuel spray properties, to suppress combustion instabilities. The objective of this control approach was to break up the feedback between the combustion process heat release and combustor pressure oscillations that drive the instability by changing the characteristics of the combustion process (e.g., the characteristic combustion time). To demonstrate the feasibility of such control, this study used a proprietary fuel injector (NanomiserTM), which can vary its fuel spray properties, to investigate the dependence of acoustics–combustion process coupling, i.e., the driving of combustion instabilities, upon the fuel spray properties. This study showed that by changing the spray characteristics it is possible to significantly damp combustion instabilities. Furthermore, using combustion zone chemiluminescence distributions, which were obtained by Abel’s deconvolution synchronized with measured acoustic data, it has been shown that the instabilities were mostly driven midway between the combustor centerline and wall, a short distance downstream from the flame holder, where the mean axial flow velocity is approximately zero in the vortex near the flame holder. The results of this study strongly suggest that a “slow” active control system that employs controllable fuel injectors could be effectively used to prevent the onset of detrimental combustion instabilities.  相似文献
